Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non-refundable or transferrable. The deposit is held for the day and appointment time and will be applied towards your service on that day. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. I will charge the full service fee for any cancellations that do not meet these requirements. If anyone cancels and you are available, I will rebook your appointment. No-shows will be charged the full service fee and will not be able to rebook. I need 48 hours to fill your appointment if you are unable to make it. Your appointment is held for you on the understanding that I would not cancel on you, so please do not cancel on me without notice!
